Tomorrow my beloved Beth goes for a PET scan. This is a big milestone in the journey of her illness. If the scan shows little to no cancer left, as the doctor predicts, she will have 3 more treatments to do over the next 5 weeks. After that, she will go for check-ups and follow [...] I was listening to Obama speaking in Arizona about the mortgage crisis and his plans and people spontaneously began cheering. What a sound! American people cheering the president. It was overwhelming. I hadn’t heard this sound in such a long time it almost didn’t compute that they were cheering IN FAVOR of what he was [...] Got my new camera and set it up today. When I was young and even more foolish than I am now, I always had my Nikon with me wherever I went. Now everything is digital and I have lots to learn to make this thing work. It’s cool though and in sooooo many ways, better [...] Oh! That’s Right! I live in Florida. Who’da known it? It’s supposed to be in the 50’s tomorrow during the day and 30’s at night.
