Whew! is it over yet? So we started 2008 by clearing out my Father’s apartment after we found him dead, flat on his face, on Christmas Eve 2007. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Happy Birthday (January 2nd for me). Pop’s had his “Year of independant living” in his senior pad at the wonderful Mease [...] We went to see some movies this week. We saw Doubt on Christmas evening and Milk yesterday morning. Having seen Doubt at the Tampa theater I must admit I preferred the live stage production to the movie. Having said that, I give all due respect to it’s three main actors. Streep and Haufman are two [...] So I haven’t written in the blog for a while now. I had one too many bricks in my pocket and could not write for all the weight. We lost our little friend Maddison. Peek-a-pom extrodinaire. Ruler of the roost. It is hard to believe that we had two of our beloved pets pass on [...] |
